Thanks for the email on fruits and juices. It is one of the strategies to
heal cancer. As of late, my success rate in curing cancer is about 80%.
Cancer patients shouldn't die. The cure for cancer is already found. It is
whether you believe it or not. I am sorry for the hundreds of cancer
patients who die under the conventional treatments.
Thanks and God bless.

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just
popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to
know how and *when* to eat.
What is the correct way of eating fruits?

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your
system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other
life activities. *

Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice
of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines,
but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The
minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and
digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.....

So please eat your fruits on an *empty* *stomach* or before your meals! You have heard people complaining - every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc - actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and
produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Greying hair, balding, nervous outburst and dark circles under the eyes all
these will *NOT* happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic,
because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert
Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct
way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health,
energy, happiness and normal weight. When you need to drink fruit juice -
drink only* fresh* fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice
that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the
nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.
But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should
drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let
it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit
fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout
the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant
you look! *

KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium,
vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.
APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low
vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the
activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer,
heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total
antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing,
blood vessel-clogging free radicals. *

ORANGE : Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds
away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens
the risk of colon cancer. *

WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also
packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune
system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting
oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium. *

GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for
their high vitamin C content.. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps
prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your
eyes. *

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer!* Can you believe this?? For
those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is
nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will
solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the

Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed
by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink
hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks.....
Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the
left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never
have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and
intense sweating are also common symptoms. Sixty percent of people who have
a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can
wake you from a sound sleep.

Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could

A cardiologist says: "if everyone who gets this mail sends it to 10 people,
you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

The grass is always greener...

Ananya was a beautiful bright girl who was born in one of the many sprawling slums of Mumbai. Her father was a chai vendor outside a behemoth commercial complex. Everyday he served ginger infused tea to hundreds of office goers dressed in dapper collared shirts. Standing under the sweltering and unapologetic Mumbai heat, he would serve tea to some of the most illustrious business men and women in the city. For his efforts, he earned a measly ₹5000 a month. Naturally he could not afford to send his four children to private school.

Ananya attended municipal school diligently. Being the oldest, she would get her younger siblings ready and trudge 5 kms everyday, manoeuvring her way through traffic and hawkers, to get to school.
Ananya's small home abutted the walls of a beautiful 3 story bungalow. Everyday she would see a young boy waiting for his father's car and driver to take him to school whilst she got her siblings ready. His name was Rehan, she gathered, and he had a young maid servant escort him to the car from the majestic bungalow . This 'didi' as he called her, would hold Rehan's bag while they waited for the car. How lucky he is! She thought. Not only did he have an air conditioned car to take him to school, but he also had someone to hold his bag! When the summer kicked in, the didi also held an umbrella over his head to protect him from the unrelenting heat!
Every night Ananya would pray for an opportunity to sit in that beautiful silver car! To feel the air conditioner blow cool air on her face. To be able to sit on the plush leather interiors. She had even heard that these fancy cars had buttons that automatically opened and shut the windows!

Seeing Rehan get into his car was the highlight of her day. And her dreams always featured a stylish silver car.

Rehan was a shy young boy who was born to a business baron. His father had founded an IT services company which was now clocking in ten figure annual revenues. The success of this enterprise motivated Rehan’s father to diversify industry presence.Unfortunately, it also meant Rehan saw very little of his father.

Having lost his mother at birth itself, Rehan was raised by an array of nannies and helpers. His only family was his father and 'didi'. Didi was 16 when she became Rehan's nanny. She was his closest friend and he loved her. Therefore when he learnt of her impending marriage and subsequent shift to another city, he was crushed.
Every evening he would look out of his room, into the settlement on the other side of his bungalow’s wall. He would see four siblings squealing with laughter as they played a plethora of games. Even though they didn’t have any of the sophisticated toys Rehan did, they always seemed to manage to have a great time. They were always together, while eating, playing or even going to school. When their father got back from work, the kids would run out to greet him, hugging his legs and climbing on his shoulders. His face, creased with worry lines, would transform with his laughter.

Seeing these children were the highlight of Rehan’s day. And his dreams always featured a big, loving family.

Facebook Group Chats, Information Exchanged

The following are a few questions posted by Yoddhas on the group, and the comments received by the other members. Please note that this is a mere collation of posts and information discussed by the group members. We have not conducted any further examination or investigation of this information.

1. Can Ayurvedic or Homeopathic treatment cure cancer and tumours?
Ans: The doctor one of our group members spoke to is a 79 year old ayurvedic vaidya who lives in Shimoga Karnataka. The doctor's name is Vaidya Annaiah. He is said to make his own medicines using ayurvedic raw materials. He is apparently quite knowledgeable as far as chemotherapy and allopathy is concerned and requires all possible diagnostic reports the patient has. His address as provided by our Yoddha is:
Susan Villa, Near Simogga One. Shimogga City.

Another group member suggested an allegedly famous doctor for cancer at Mcleodganj, Himachal Pradesh. His name is Dr.Yashi Dhonden. Dr.Yeshi does not visit any place, the patient will have to visit him there itself. It is believed he does not work In December due to unfavorable weather conditions. According to our Yoddha, if the patient can travel, Dr.Yeshi will see patient's report, skin and urine samples etc. Based on that he will give medicine, which varies according to the patient’s condition. If the patient cannot travel then he will see just the reports and urine sample. His address was given to be; Ashoka Niwas, Jogibara Road, Mcleodganj, Dharamsala, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. Contact: 01892-221461, 094-59-909699

2.When is the best time to opt for alternative treatments, such as Ayurveda and Homeopathy?
A. When all rounds of chemotherapy are completed and there is good response from them and the person is in remission

B. When there is no response from chemotherapy/drugs and no other viable treatments are available?
Ans: When posed with this question, majority of our Yoddhas voted for situation A. Furthermore it was suggested that the oncologist's opinion must be taken.

3. How to reduce the pain caused by swelling of the hand due to IV (also known as Thrombosis, i.e formation of bold clot in the vein.)?
Ans: It was suggested, to apply thrombophob cream thrice a day without rubbing. Also one can put a belt around the patient’s neck to give support to the hand. Keeping the hand supported with the help of a sling and not laying on it when the medicine is being given was also another advice pitched. If the pain persists, our group members suggest using an ice pack. One of our group members had chemo for more than a year so the Yoddha had a port/catheter inserted under the skin on upper chest, just below the collarbone. Apparently, through the port drugs can be injected and blood samples can be drawn many times, usually with lesser discomfort for the patient than a more typical IV. One can check for this option as well if the pain is due to IV. Our group members also suggest enquiring about a Magnesium Sulphate and Glycerine dressing (also called MAGSULF dressing) to the oncologist to help the swelling.

4. What are the best ways of dealing with the side effects of chemo?
Ans: As per one Yoddha, chemo acidifies the body and hence it is important to consume alkaline foods such as Coconut water and Cucumber juice to feel better. Our group members also said that doctors generally recommend nutrition food like Prosure to address the side effects of Chemotherapy and improve strength.

5. Is there an NGO that provides financial support for treatment of Tumours?
Ans: Our Yoddhas advice you to contact 'India Health Helpline': medical projects to help members of the community. This has apparently been set up by a Consultant, who specializes in Cancer treatment. 'India Health Helpline' offers FREE initial medical consultations by specialist medical consultants to people in Gujarat, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai. Number: (India) 18602333666.
Some Yoddhas also suggested trying the Prime Minister Relief fund for financial aid during cancer treatment, although they suspect the process takes lot of time.

6. Recommend good oncologists/hospitals in India

Ans: The following suggestions came up:

1.Rajiv Gandhi hospital, Delhi

2.Gangaram hospital, New Delhi

3.Tata Memorial, Mumbai

4. Apollo Hospital, Chennai

1.In Delhi, you can consult Dr Lalit in AIIMS, Dr.Randhir Sood in Medanta who is,apparently, also visiting faculty in Harvard medical school USA. Also at BLK,Delhi, Dr. Dharam Choudhary and Dr.Akhil Dubey (cell number +91 98 18 857545) were recommended. At Rajiv Gandhi; Dr. Dinesh Bhurani and at Saket City hospital; Dr. Punnet Gupta were recommended.

2. In Mumbai, Dr S.H Advani in Raheja/Sushrusha/Somaiya Hospital was recommended.

7. Can dietary changes/home remedy help in the fight against cancer?
Ans: Our members suggested that the following diet/mixes give significant boosts to immunity & strength and also purportedly control cancer cells. This is what our Yoddhas had to say:
Fundamentally, cancer cells feed on milk & sugar products. Avoid drinking cow milk, sugar and have Soya milk.
Try and include these items during the day and maintain a schedule:
1. Boiled beetroots and carrots

3.Fresh garlic

4.Green tea

5.Soya milk with turmeric

6.Almonds, cashew nuts, Apricots

7.Very Imp -Flax seeds or flax powder (Linseeds), Sunflower seeds.

8. Green Sprouts, Broccoli

9. Strawberries, red or black raspberries, apples

10.Use olive oil

11.Boiled tomato(to be avoided when platelet count is low) and Sweet Potatoes

12.Egg whites

13.Oatmeal, Wholegrain bread, i.e brown bread
4.Idli, pongal, dosas. Uttapam

15.Take foods with very less salt and drink more water
16.Never take cow dairy products

17.Avoid consuming Milk shakes, Sugary tea, Burgers, Ice creams,
Raw milk, Packed foods, biscuits, choclates, cakes, soft drinks, and
Fried foods.
18. Sugar cane juice has good cancer fighting ability
19. Par boiled Broccoli, Broccoli sprouts
20. Cucumber,Lime water and coconut water
21. Aloe vera and giloi mixture
22. Wheatgrass juice
23. Laxmi Taru leaves
24. Honey, cinnamon powder, activated vitamin and cur cumin mix
In addition to these, it was suggested to spend 30 minutes early morning in the sunlight every day and to avoid eating mutton.

8. Does Graviola (soursop) juice consumption, in addition to normal medication, help cure malignancy?

Ans: It helped one of our Yoddhas but after two months or so of consumption. It acted as a painkiller.
Another Yoddha says there is strong evidence that it helps some, but not all types of cancer, and it helps breast cancer patients mainly.

9.In case one has to go on a liquid diet during the course of treatment, which liquid foods can give maximum energy to a person?
Ans: Our Yoddha suggests simple dal water. Or dal and rice boiled in cooker and it's water given. He says that would be high in proteins but asks to make sure it is room temp and nothing of strong smell. That induces vomiting.

10.Reviews regarding Cannabis oil treatment. Is it effective in fighting cancer?
Ans: One of our Yoddhas recommends it. He says the oil is as good a sleeping tablet. The dosage is half a grain of oil (half of a rice grain) every 6 hours depending on the patient. He suggests starting with half grain and if the patient is feeling too sleepy, you can increase it after a week.
Most important benefit is that this will act as pain relief and the person will feel less pain as per this Yoddha.
Regarding improvements, he says you will know from the patient's behaviour. Since the patient will be taken for regular checkups for CT scan and other scans one can thus monitor the technical progress.
Our Yoddha understands that one will have to consume this for 6-8 weeks and then maintenance dose thereon and insists that this treatment must be backed with green foods.
The following links were also recommended by our Yoddhas:

11.Is a white spongy structure in vomit due to chemo a cause of worry?
Ans: One of our Yoddhas said that you can find that kind of stuff coming out,"chewing gum" like, on a few occasions. It MAY be due to (a)Oral hygiene not being up to mark (b)Congestion in throat with sputum (c)  Or because of some oral cavity some tablets can stay there longer.
It can be most likely oral fungal growth getting accumulated as per our Yoddha, which is bad and a source for aggravating some bacterial infections. This needs to be avoided at all cost. It was suggested to clean the mouth with (i) baking soda (ii)take some gauge and clean tongue etc. and  of course not  letting mouth be dry. Few sips every half an hour if not more.

12.What are some of the top advices that a patient fighting cancer can give?
1. Accurate DIAGNOSIS & timely detection is the key. Please don't hesitate to ask your doctor "are these symptoms related to any dangerous disease like Cancer?" If yes, diagnose to rule out or confirm the same.
2. Pray to the Almighty. Prayers give you courage. Involve your circles. Let it be a mass affair.
3. Along with modern medicines, try alternatives as well.
One Yoddha has been using Honey + cinnamon powder, Activated Vitamin C & Curcumin, Soursop juice, Acupressure, Pranic Healing & affirmations etc. since detection.
4. Continue the way you are. Behave as if nothing has changed. Your hobbies, things of interest are to be kept abreast to the greatest extent possible.
5. Do not collect information on cancer diagnosis, treatment etc. from unauthorized sources like the internet & people who are less qualified or less knowledgeable in the subject.
6. Ensure that you are consulting the best doctors available. Have faith in them. Follow their advice strictly.
7. Cancer patients are immuno-compromised. Stay away from crowded places. Avoid visitors.
8. Avoid crystal (white) sugar. Some researchers say that Cancer cells feed on sugar. However it should be noted that some of our Yoddhas believe that this is a myth and sugar may actually help patients by giving them needed calories. Please check with your doctor.
9. Your relationships play an important role. Maintain them.
10. Success & failure happen in your mind. If you are determined to succeed, you will. Have faith in you & people who support you.

Come out triumphant!
